1.: Unrar and run setup.bat
Install latest DirectX 2007:

After extracting the .7z file, don't move the extracted folder !!!
Otherwise it won't work.
I did it and it gave me the same error as it did with the rest...
I deleted the folder and extracted the .7z fil a second time.
Just leave the folder on your desktop, run the setup and it will work.
