* Copy 1911.dll, LaunchGTAIV.exe, xlive.dll into GTA IV directory.

I will tell what I did:
Downloaded the official patch and the crack above:

  • Replaced the previous cracked exes with the original 1.0.2 exe,launcher,etc.now my gta4 is legit
  • Applied the patch and crack.
  • The game works but there is no xlive and xlive is not needed to play single player.

For the save games:

  • Before applying the patch i backed up my save games in users>profilename>appdata>local>rockstar games>save games
  • Bfter all the cracking procedures i replaced my save games in the new save games directory my documents>rockstar games>save games.
