Create a folder on your desktop "Phoenix"
Mount the Mafia 2 clone image on your virtual drive. (do not launch, do nothing).
Place the downloaded "Phoenix.exe" in your Phoenix folder you created.
Right click the Phoenix.exe, "Run as Administrator"
