You can still play with post processing on, you just have to disable the "Use application settings" option for Anti-Aliasing so the graphic card can force it's own AA. And you can do that from the graphic card manager/control center.
Needless to say the game looks alot better with post processing on :)

So I downloaded the game, and as soon as it starts...

So I downloaded the game, and as soon as it starts it asks to sign in with EA account, and whether I try to sign in or sign up a new, it gives me a:
"Failed to connect to EA servers" message. I can still back up from it but it won't have anything I unlock in the later full version of the game.
Is that supposed to happen or am I doing something wrong here?
